I was visiting a friend, and she asked, “Did you get work done on your face and not tell me?”
I responded, “I have been using my Lift Away pillow for the past year.” She said, “Wow! I want one! How does it work?”
As I saw vertical wrinkles starting to form on my mature skin and since I had heard about sleep wrinkles, I decided to check it out. So, I took a mirror into my bed and lay in my usual sleep position, which is on my side. I was shocked at what I saw! My standard pillow was forcing my mature skin into folds and wrinkles in all of the wrong places – the “11” creases between the brow, the chin, eyes, and lips!
As I realized this was happening night after night, and I knew I would not stay on my back to sleep, I created my own pillow – and Lift Away pillow was born!
I designed Lift Away pillow to be used with everyday pillows because I not only love my down pillows but love to cuddle them when on my side and even on my stomach at night. This is a very comforting sleep position for me.
Also, since I travel occasionally, I wanted something that could travel with me. The Lift Away can be tossed into a purse, a suitcase, or even a briefcase! So – Size Does Matter!
The Lift Away was not born overnight but instead took months and months of searching for materials, manufacturers, and testing. I really loved his ideas and input. Cody said there is no reason why men cannot benefit from the Lift Away pillow as well, because men age too!
